We started Orientrue, a management consulting firm in 2003 and entered into
language training business in the second years. The main clients were from multinational
firms. In 2010 Melvin decided to launch a program of a linguistic approach to personal
development, which was designed to serve younger generation of age from 4-16.
Melvin’s R&D team, with multidisciplinary cooperation, named this program “Discovering
Together”. This program emphasizes EQ/SQ development while walks the trainees
through important inspiring knowledge of arts and science. With years of R&D including
classroom experiments, Talkingpool is starting to offer DT program to the market and we
are hereby inviting teachers on board.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
