is, 2 to 3 years old for the junior, 3 to 5 years old for the foreman, 5 to 6 years old for the
preschool. Foreign teachers will be introduced for the junior and the foreman to provide
international language environment and curriculum system. Athena Interrnational
kindergarten adopts “double mother tongue” mode to cultivate the capability of children in

Education and Experience
-Previous teaching experience preferred
Understanding and proficiency in relevant technology
-Knowledge of current educational and montessori methodologies and techniques
-Knowledge of theories and practices of early child development
/Have passion to work with children
English language: native or near-native
Compensation and Benefits
-Monthly after-tax salary 15000RMB---26000RMB

Renewal Bonus: Upon successful completion of the contract. The Employee will receive

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
