Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Genesis Foundry is seeking qualified part-time online instructors for K-6 online
instruction with Sprout. Earn $18 to $40 per hour teaching our students through our
online platform. Sprout is a fully comprehensive K-6 online school based out of China
and is designed for Chinese children, aged 5-12 years old.
Choose your own schedule. On average, our teachers work 12 hours per week. We know
many of you are busy teachers during the day. Because of this, you can choose the days
which you are available. Whether you are available to work one day per week or seven
days per week, we welcome you to join us!
Convenient class times. Our classes are held in CHINA TIME ZONE from 6pm to 10pm
and all day on weekends. Please check with your local time zone.
Small class sizes. Each group contains between 3 – 5 students. And their ages range
between 5 – 13 years old. This project uses a series of theories and methods to aid
Chinese children in learning English effectively and also inspire their interest in learning.
Teach a variety of subjects. Although a big focus of our school is English Language Arts
including phonics and reading, we also teach many other courses including social
studies, history, and science. We have recently added Spanish and French and expect to
offer more soon. The students are enrolled in Kindergarten through 6th grade according
to USA Elementary school standards.
