Some of the most influential food in China, Lu (Shandong) cuisine is one of the ‘Eight
Major Cuisines in China’. Yup, it is that good.
Not only that, but Shandong is also home to the world famous Tsingtao beer. And yes,
there is a beer festival in Qingdao each year.
Natural and Coastal Scenery:
Some of the most beautiful coastal cities in China can be found in Shandong. Qingdao,
Weihai and Yantai…to name just a few. More of a hiker or mountainous person? The most
famous mountain in China (Mount Tai) is located in the beautiful city of Tai’an.
History:
Not only does Shandong have a long (very long) and rich history, it’s also the birthplace
of the famous Chinese philosopher Confucius.

We currently have 12 position available in 8 amazing Shandong cities:
Weihai– Amazing coastal city, often regarded as one of the most liveable Chinese cities.
Jinan – Capital of Shandong province and world renowned for its numerous natural
springs dotted throughout the city.
Jining – The home of Confucius, Jining is an ever developing metropolis that offers a bit
of everything…history, scenery, nightlife and great food.
Zouping – Lively and bustling little city that is just an hour from Jinan. With parks, hills and
mountains on your doorstep, you’ll never be bored here (unless you’re lazy). Only an
hour from Jinan.
Dongying-One of the six most beautiful wetlands.
Yantai-Another famous coastal city borders Qingdao on the southwest and Weihai on the east.
