Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

the salary and benefits package reflects this. Salary is dependent upon experience and
educational attainment, and ranges below:
? Teachers: 168,000 – 240,000 AED/year (US$46,000 – 66,000), tax free*
? Annual Flights for self, spouse and up to 3 children under the age of 18 years
? Housing with generous furniture allowance
? Medical coverage for self, married partner and up to 3 children under the age of 18
years
? 3 year renewable contract
? 1 full month gratuity for each year of service
? Full Cultural and academic orientation
Here are the conditionalities in place as specified by ADEC in order to be considered for
this campaign:
- Have a valid government-issued teaching license at the appropriate level and in the
appropriate subject area(s)
- Have a Drivers License
- Have 2+ years’ of teaching experience at the appropriate level and in the appropriate
subject area(s)
- Would be available to interview immediately
- Would be able to authenticate required documents and submit documents rapidly if
recommended after their interview, or have authenticated documents ready
- Would be available to begin a position in December 2017
