Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Salary and Benefits
a competitive salary of 12,000-14,000 RMB per month depending on qualifications and experience
an additional housing allowance of 3000 RMB per month
end of contract bonus of one month base salary
airfare reimbursement of 6,500 RMB upon completion of contract
10 days paid annual leave plus all Chinese National Holidays
work visa provided
airport pick up and company provided accommodation for 14 nights
full orientation and on-boarding process (5-7 days)
initial help with arranging set up tasks such as internet and mobile phone
support from western academic management

You will be teaching ESL and Reading skills to children between the ages of 2.5 and 12 with the
vast majority of students between the ages of 3 and 6. All teachers will have two consecutive
unchanging days off each week but will be required to work on the weekend. Our teachers sign a
one year contract which is fully renewable.
