Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Shenzhen is located in the southern portion of the Guangdong Province, on the eastern shore of
the Pearl River Delta. Neighboring the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong (located just south of
Shenzhen), Shenzhen’s location gives it a geographical advantage for economic development. In
1980, the first Special Economic Zone of China was built in Shenzhen. From then on, Shenzhen
become a highlighted city of China, one known for its rapid economic growth.

Main Responsibilities
-Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week
-Maximum of 20 admin hours per week
-Monday to Friday classes (8:00am – 12:00pm & 2:00pm – 5:30pm) with evenings and weekends off
-Deliver learner centered, engaging lessons to students
-Ensure equal participation of all students
-Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
-Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
-Attend school activities, parties and other events
Excellent salary: 18000 – 28,000 RMB monthly based on qualifications
-4,000 RMB monthly housing allowance
-6,000 RMB once-a-year flight allowance (will be reimbursed in a week upon arrival)
-Contract renewal appraisal (boost monthly salary)
-Z work visa application assistance and up to 400 RMB visa cost reimbursement
-Social, health and accident insurance
