Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

serving over 3000 students aged 3 to 18. Our diverse teaching staff is comprised of
thirty-five foreign teachers from eight different countries and twenty-five local Chinese

Job Responsibilities
Teach kids in China aged 3-18 in groups of up to 12 students.
Planning and delivering lessons to children using electronic media and EF-developed
courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively.
Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both
students and their parents.
Assign and evaluate out of class exercises.
Participate in social activities with students organized by your school to encourage oral
English proficiency.
Requirements
1. Must be a native English speaker.
2. College degree and above.
3. TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate preferred but not necessary (can be obtained
through EF).
4. Must hold a passport from one of the following countries: Canada, United States,
Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
