Job Details and Benefits:
The Test Prep Teacher’s work will include, but shall not be limited to the following:
1) Teach Kaplan Test Preparation Courses (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, Foundation) and General English Courses in a classroom setting. This could also include one-to-one classes or off-site teaching.
2) Provide students with individualized care and increase their motivation to learn.
3) Design curriculum, evaluation, suggestions for improvement etc. as requested (we have got full set of curriculum with Teacher’s Manuel)
4) Conduct indoor/outdoor classroom activities for /with students when necessary (prior agreement with the school).
5) Attend teachers’ meetings, training, and workshops as assigned by the “Director”.
6) Teach Kaplan’s methods and Strategies to help the students learn, gain confidence and achieve their highest scores on the Test Day.
7) Monitor and comment on students’ performance and provide recommendations and feedback, including via email.
8) Take attendance for all classes taught and submit attendance records to management.
9) Conduct marketing presentations (example: seminars, workshops, presentations at schools and universities when required).
10) The school reserves the use of the images of the Teachers for marketing purposes (website, online and printed media, billboards, school noticeboards etc.).
Salary and Benefits
*Salary - US$ 1500 (during 3 months probation period)- $2,000 (after the probation period)
* Accommodation Provided (shared apartment)
* visas expenses (with travel expense cover for visa run to Bangkok every 70 days)
* paid public holidays (20 days)
* Annual leave 10 days (can get after 6 months)
* Bonuses on class continuation, class feedback, outstanding results of Band score

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
