- AP/A-level Biology Teacher
Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)
Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights

Luoyang City, Henan province, China (Home of UNESCO Heritage sites: Longmen Buddhist Grottoes and White Horse Temple. Close to Shaolin Temple, origin of Chinese Kungfu)
Up to 18 hours per week classroom teaching
9-month contract until end of May (although we welcome longer term teachers)
14,000 – 18,000* RMB per month, plus on-campus accommodation (new, modern building), plus flights reimbursed on completion of contract.
Chinese New Year (winter) holiday: paid
Summer holiday: unpaid
Due to new government regulations, all candidates must be degree holders and have a notarized degree certificate and non-criminal record.
A degree in related major is strongly preferred; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Work permit and health insurance are provided in accordance with all provincial regulations.
Not more than 60 years old at time of application.
Candidates must be from a country where English is officially recognized first language
Lecturers will be expected to teach 2 (or max 3) subjects in their field from the following:
1. Early Learning Teacher Training: Creative studies for ECE and C / Childcare and Development / Play-work and out of School E&C / Advanced Theory Research and Practice / Communication and Research Skills / Work with Families and Communities / Special and Additional Needs / Managing Contemporary and Quality Practice
2. E-Business: Marketing / Management / Business Accounting / Organization Behavior / Statistics / International Business
3. Accounting: Financial Accounting / Cost Accounting / Financial Management / Marketing / Business and Company Law / Management / Business Accounting)
4. EFL: CELTA is preferred. Oral English and perhaps some IELTS speaking / writing.
