Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: This position is for an Elementary Home Class English Teacher within our International School department.
NOTE: This position requires you to be from a Native English Speaking country and to have a BA, a govt./state-issued teaching license, or a TEFL certificate. Preference given to those already living in China.
Pay and Benefits:
--28000cny/month - 34000cny/month (gross salary) depending on credentials;
--Reimbursement for flight costs (economy class, to and fro) from your home country once per year;
--Health insurance;
--Furnished apartment monthly subsidy;
--Fully paid winter and summer vacation days (2 months);
--A performance-based component to the pay system where you can earn a bonus as high as 21000 RMB at the end of each term (possible 42,000 CNY total for two terms);
