Qualifications
• Native English speaker from Canada, United States, UK, Australia and New Zealand;
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years postgraduate work experience;
• Degree in Early Childhood Education and or experience with holistic learning, PYP, Montessori, Reggio, or Waldorf preferred.
• Must hold at least a 120+ hours TESL or equilivent Certificate.
• Have a growth mind-set and commitment to meeting the needs of every student;
• Collaborative and team-oriented;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Enthusiastic about being part of a growing and vibrant school.
Our Compensation Package and Details
• Contract duration: One or two years;
• Start date: August 2019;
• Working hours: 40 hours per week;
• Location: Beijing;
• Compensation: from RMB 15,000 (2,150 USD) to RMB 23,000 (3,300 USD) per month (net);
• Chinese and Western holidays;
• 12-month, multi-entry Foreign Work (Z) Visa;
• HOUSING ALLOWANCE

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
