Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: WINDSOR is looking for native speakers to work as a teacher with groups of students and individuals for the academic year 2021-2022.
A full-time teacher can expect to work with students of different ages (adults, children, and teenagers) individually and in groups of up to 12 students at levels Pre-Intermediate and above.
Our classes meet 1-2 times per week ranging from 2-3 academic hours per class.
Course duration varies from 48 to 120 academic hours.
Cambridge Exams for Schools preparation (Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers, A2 Key for Schools, B1 Preliminary for Schools, and B2 First for Schools) is integrated into General English courses for teenagers and children.
In summer teachers will have the opportunity to teach in youth camps and intensive courses.
We provide:
