Details: Cost of the work visa and resident permits for you and dependent children; Full tuition for dependents; $1500/$1000/$750 for air transportation from the nearest major airport to your Home (flights to and from and annual flights)/ Other Employee Contributions: every month the equivalent of $135 will be deposited at Zanzibar Social Security Fund in the local currency as part of pension plan. This is also paid to you when you leave Zanzibar.
Full Medical Insurance for the employee through AAR Insurance Tanzania Limited at the Silver plus level. 5. Evacuation policy with Amref-Flying Doctors for employee; 6. Baggage allowance at the maximum of $250 shall only payable upon recruitment and upon final termination of the contract only as repatriation expenses; 7. An extra re-signing bonus of $1500 will be paid in case of resigning another contract with the school for the duration of 2 years. This amount will be paid at the end of August 2020, before the beginning of the extra 2 years contract.
We are seeking certified experienced teachers with 2+ years teaching experience. Zanzibar law allows us to hire certified teachers with student teacher experience only. Nationality Preference: Both native and fluent English speakers/ Dependents: Accept non-teaching spouse Family friendly but Married couples with dependents and a non-teaching spouse may find the financial situation challenging. Teaching couples and single hires are preferred (see above).
