Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Job requirements:
a) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or above.
b) At least 2 years of full-time working experience in the related subject is required for this position.
c) Has a high responsibility for the class for all the students as a professional teacher, follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
d) To attend both content area and cross curricular meeting and collaborate with other teachers to develop school based curricula based on each departmental needs.
e) Collaborate with different departments and coworkers of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
f) Create highly effective and engaging lesson plans to increase student achievement.
g) Be able to use different instructional strategies and various resources such as textbooks and external materials including digital and online media to meet students’ varying needs.
h) Have excellent class management skills to deal with behavior problems and to create a safe and positive learning environment.
i) Provide students with regular feedback and maintain communication with parents regarding student academic performance, well-being, school expectations/regulations and etc. .
j) Tutor and answer question from children; supervise students’ attendance in the class.
