Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Position Details:
Teaching:
Provide a fun/interactive/creative class with Chinese teachers to 3-8 years old students.
Fill out teaching records and handing them to the administrator after each session.
Assign proper homework according to the syllabus, correct and comment on the homework with feedback to the CTs and parents.
Communicate with the CTs in time to make sure the class begins and ends successfully.
Curriculum Design, Lesson Planning & Contributions:
Help academic team improving and designing the course curriculum.
Organize and host themed parties with Chinese teachers are engaged.
Attend meetings, academic workshops, and training activities are requested.
