Details: Online English Teacher for Adults
We are currently looking for native English online tutors for our adult students from South Korea.
Teachers will engage in one-on-one online sessions with adult students. We are launching a unique teaching model that is different from other online educational platforms in the market. Instead of ESL, we have designed over 600 interesting, applicable, day-to-day conversational topics and ideas that are relevant to the lives of our students. All teaching materials are provided by the company. Teachers do not need to develop lesson plans.
Our teachers can enjoy the freedom of setting their own schedules and teaching from their living rooms, kitchens or anywhere appropriate as long as they meet our requirements.
Our teachers can also enjoy the benefit of working with a fast-growing international company in the field of education.
Requirements:
• Native English language skills
• Minimum high school diploma to degree holders, preferably in education or psychology
• Preferably one year of experience in teaching or tutoring
• An energetic and creative personality to draw out the best in students
• Ability to adjust to the different levels and needs of students
• Interactive skills required to draw out shy students and students with low English proficiency
• Warm and compassionate towards our students
• Any desktop, laptop or device that supports the Zoom video communications program
• Fast and stable internet connection

- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)
Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights
