Job Description:
* 15-25 periods/week + 45min per class.
* Implement curricula and activities to meet academic standards.
* Design and implement lesson plans in accordance with the objectives of assigned program.
* Monitor and track student progress and adjust instruction to support achievement
* Make effective use of resources and ensure improved standards of learning, high performance and achievement for all students
* Participate in curriculum and other professional developmental programs.
Requirement for teaching at LCAIHS:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree
* 1-2 years of experience in area assigned to teach is preferable
* Familiar with international curriculum education preferable
* Ability to lead curricular development and improvement in subject area
* Willingness and ability to teach across divisions if needed

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
