Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

COLAT is an education platform company in Jinju looking for kindergarten teachers for its RISE franchise department.
March 2022 start
The base salary 2.2 million; 100,000 won given for each of the following:
* previous kindergarten experience;
* bachelor degree in education;
* master degree in education, linguistics, English, or subject field such as science;
* Level 5 or higher TEFL/TESL certificate; CELTA or higher certificate;
* teaching license
* in Korea now
RISE Jinju job details:
* Monday to Friday; 9:30am to 6:30pm; 1 hour for lunch (go anywhere)
* 9:30am - 2:30pm RISE kindergarten; 2:30pm to 6:30pm LIIP elementary classes
* maximum 30 class hours a week; maximum 6 class hours a day; each class hour is 50 minutes; the remaining time is for prep and admin
* maximum 12 students per class
* subject-based curriculum: reading, phonics, science, cooking, art, PE, esl, etc.
RISE Jinju benefits details:
* free housing (studio or loft for single teachers; two-room for couple teachers)
* airfare reimbursement (if not already in Korea)
* severance pay upon completion of a 12-month contract
* national pension, health insurance payments split 50/50 between COLAT and the teacher
* contract period: one year; option to renew
* overtime: 18,000 won per hour
* vacation: 11 days (15 days after 1 year of employment)

* a criminal background check (CBC), less than six months old with an apostille;
