Fields of Expertise: ESL to Children , Kindergarten ,
Salary: ¥250,000 JPY
Details: International Kindergarten, in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan
International Kids Academy requires native, English-speaking teachers, for a twelve-month contract, commencing April 1st 2022, through to March 31st 2023.
SALARY: Teachers receive 250,000 JPY per month, for the first three months; and 260,000 JPY thereafter. A bonus of 50,000 JPY, every six months, paid upon completion of contract.
HOURS: 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, approximately six weeks vacation per year.
APARTMENT: Your own furnished apartment provided, at 37,500 JPY per month
MEDICAL: Japanese health insurance is provided
VISA: Sponsorship is provided
There are no hidden up-front costs to teachers.
Approximately 3-4 weeks of training, and training salary, discussed during the interview.
Training begins March 1st, 2022.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native English speakers
Completed four-year University degree
Experience with young children
Genuine love of children and education
Genuine interest in Japan
Able to work in a team environment
Flexible to the demands of the job
Kind, outgoing personality
Great sense of humor

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
