Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

What is needed?
Minimum requirements:
Near native Italian speaker
Must have a minimum of 1 year’s prior experience of teaching Italian as a second language, online experience preferred
Must hold a DITALS or equivalent or is currently enrolled in or has completed a degree program at an accredited institution of higher education in Linguistics, Education, Italian, Modern Languages or Literatures, or related field
Must be bilingual; a near native Italian speaker with English skills, able to clearly communicate orally and in writing with our Support Team
General awareness of and ability to apply the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
High degree of professionalism
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Effective at problem solving and troubleshooting
Patient and outgoing
Must provide ten (10) hours minimum of availability each week
Highly computer literate
No criminal record
Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
A quiet, clean, tidy, and well-lit teaching environment
