Looking for ”Government-issued teaching license certified Teacher” for New Taipei City Public Elementary School
Hello, Teachers. Now the recruitment for the new academic year begins, the program called ”CLIL”, Content Language Integrated Learning. It’s not ESL, not Wonderland. The teacher we’re looking for is those who have general teaching experience and of course, are native English speakers, interested to collaborate with the local teacher team, and also open-minded to working in different cultural background.
The Filipino teachers are welcome. But the papers you provide will need to be authenticated by TECO first. Which are:
a. Government-issued teaching certificate
b. Diploma
c. Background Check( Police Clearance)
Salary Rates:
NT65,230 ~ 85,380 Bachelor’s degree
NT72,760 ~ 94,980 Master’s Degree
NT 75,950 ~ 100,010 Doctoral Degree
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree+ or above / a NFQ Lv. 7+ diploma
2. English Native speaker
3. Government-issued teaching license
* Note: TEFL/TESOL/ CELTA or any education degrees or certificates or student teaching reports are not considered as valid licenses by the Taiwan government.
* Contract: Starting from today to 31st July 2023
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Teaching Periods Per Week: 20 classes

Ⅱ. Positions Available
Senior High School (Grade 10-12)
- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.

Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
