Details: We are searching for entertaining teachers to join us in Ulaanbaatar mid-March 2023, as well as with our new center opening in Almaty April 2023.
Requirements:
- Native English speaking teacher from the USA, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
- 1+ year of teaching experience
- TEFL certification
Preferred: References that can attest to you having a fun and likeable personality, as well as someone who is flexible and agreeable.
Excellent qualities: a deep understanding of the communicative method, the value of high student talking time, and the ability to make fun lessons where students forget they in a classroom. Wall Street English experience would also be very useful.

Wall Street English Mongolia is the newest branch of WSE, making WSE present in over 45 countries. It was launched in 2018 and has enjoyed a lot of success, which is why in early 2023 we are expanding into Kazakhstan with a new center in Almaty, the nation’s former capital and largest city.
We are looking for qualified teachers with experience to join us in both locations beginning March 2023.
The WSE method centers largely around getting students talking as much as possible, with the teacher taking a backseat as an instigator for students to speak without aid. As such, the character of teacher we seek is someone who is entertaining and likeable, as well as someone who understands the value of high student talking time. This is a much more important consideration than impressive qualifications, although those certainly don’t hurt. In short: if you have a winning personality and good work ethic, this will rank higher than many years of experience or the highest qualifications.
We offer a competitive salary, and on top of that we also offer accommodation along with the usual health insurance and visa coverage. Our contracts are typically 1 year and can be renewed each year.
