Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Minimum Qualifications
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related-field
• Experience
• Two years’ classroom teaching experience working with adults
Desired Qualifications
• Possession of recent successful experience in teaching courses in English as a Second Language.
• Training and/or experience in effectively addressing the needs and goals of ESL students with differing abilities, needs, goals, and levels of preparation
• Bachelor’s degree TESL, TESOL, English with a TESL certificate, linguistics with a TESL certificate, applied linguistics with a TESL certificate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Proficiency in reading, writing and/or significant practice, experience, and education with language acquisition.
2. Considerable knowledge of discipline taught.
3. Considerable knowledge of English as a Second Language teaching methods
4. Considerable knowledge of various instructional pedagogies and technologies that enhance attainment of student learning outcomes.
5. General knowledge of best practices in adult education and learning.
6. General knowledge and understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
7. Ability to establish a student-instructor relationship conducive to learning and promote active involvement of students in learning activities.
8. Possess interpersonal skills with ability to relate to a broad range of students from a diverse population in a professional, helpful manner.
9. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
10. Ability to organize, prioritize and follow multiple projects and tasks to completion within established timeframes.
