Positions Overview:
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic native speaker teammates in the following areas of teaching:
1. Primary school teachers with a BA or relevant degree in Primary Education,
2. Preschool teachers with a BA or relevant degree in Preschool Education,
3. Mathematics teachers with a BS in Mathematics or Mathematics and ICT,
4. Science teachers with a BS in Science/Physics/Chemistry or Biology,
5. Humanities teachers with a BA in History and Geography,
6. English teachers for middle and high school with a BA Degree in English Language an Literature/Teaching English,
7. German teachers for middle and high school with a BA Degree in German Language an Literature/Teaching German,
8. Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology teachers with relevant BA degree,
9. Arts teachers with a BA or a relevant degree in Arts/Arts and Crafts/Teaching Arts,
10. Music teachers with a BA or a relevant degree in Music /Teaching Music,
11. P.E. teachers with a BA or a relevant degree in P.E./Teaching P.E.
12. Guiding Counsellors with a BA or a relevant degree in Guiding and Counselling,
Responsibilities:
• Create and administer educational content including lesson plans, notes, assignments, workbooks and exams.
• Develop personalised lesson plans and instruction based on each student’s educational needs.
• Encourage appropriate behaviours among students to ensure productive learning environment for everyone.
• Present subjects in a comprehensive way that engages students of all learning levels.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to ensure each student is reaching their potential.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in international programmes,
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal,
• A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student’s academic and personal development,
• Thorough knowledge of best practices and legal guidelines, and ability, to adhere school procedures and policies,
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching with high standards, application of differentiated learning with an international and multicultural perspective,
• Strong relation skills,
• Ability to back up and coordinate,
• An analytical mind,
• Highly motivated,
• Able to adapt in flexible working hours,
• Have an excellent command of reading, writing. listening, and speaking skills in English,
• Minimum 80 in TOEC, 6.0 in IELTS,
• At least three letters of recommendation,
• Work and residence permit in Türkiye,
