Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Details: We are looking for qualified kindergarten home-room teachers in charge of one class of students from 3 to 6 years old.
Responsibilities - Kindergarten
- Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences
- Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning
- Manage classroom procedures and manage student behavior
- Create an environment of respect and rapport
- Equipment setup and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration
- Document student’s learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning
Working Hours
- 40 working hours per week including office hours
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 14:00 pm - 17:30 pm
Requirements
