Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Hi Teachers!
I am the current teacher but I have to leave due to a family emergency. The job in on Antiparos, Greece. It’s a beautiful small island, that is a 7 minute boat from the bigger island paros.
The school is lovely, you will be the main teacher on the island but will regularly meet up with the other school 20 minutes away. 2 days a week the owner teaches there. The hours are 2.30 - 8 usually and on Monday and Wednesday you teach an extra adult class. The students are lovely and really bond with you, some of the older kids have no filter and will ask you anything so you have to be ready to set boundaries and rules. Lessons are fun, art, cooking and games are essential and we have the famous Myrsini’s village where you can do role-plays. I forgot to mention wages are 1040 euro a month. It sounds small but that is a great wage for Greece AND your housing and bills are free.
You will be given a lovely studio apartment, it has everything you need and I can send you pictures. I will leave my TV here so you can set up your laptop or game console. There is a washing machine and a lovely little shaded garden. It’s also pet friendly.
The parents are lovely and have invited me to parties and bbqs and there is a lovely sense of community. Things will be quiet in January but once February starts bars and tourists will be back. It’s a great place to do yoga and swim, work on your book or study a degree. You can find a lot of things to do here. There is yoga classes, board game nights, snorkeling, sailing, walking football, the cats of antiparos and so many different things to do. You will have a great support system from your boss and co workers and I regularly have lunch and drinks with them.
Your start date would be before the 7th of January because you need to train. You must have a degree in any area. A TESOL/CELTA is preferable but if you have a lot of experience, a TEFL will do. Any more questions please ask.
