- AP/A-level Biology Teacher
Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)
Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)

This role includes creating a stimulating learning environment, fostering international-mindedness, and supporting the development of students’ cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement a comprehensive, inquiry-based curriculum in line with the IB PYP framework. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, communication skills, and intercultural understanding. Assessment and Reporting: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students’ progress in the subject. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour and student interactions effectively.
