Qualified ESL Teachers:
Students learn English while immersing themselves in the local culture and surroundings. Our programs are a combination of language classes, exciting excursions and fun-filled sporting, creative and social activities. Successful teachers exemplify leadership, effective communication, social skills, flexibility, positive energy, and a keen sensitivity to the needs of international students. Our teachers job purpose is to ensure that students derive the maximum benefit from the academic program. This involves equipping students with the essential skills to become proficient in English, encompassing grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Teaching 15-30 hours each week & 2.75 -5.5 hours of planning each week ad possible additional hours leading tours or activities. Housing may be available depending upon availability and qualifications. Travel not included.
Along with degree/certificate in teaching ESL, minimum 3 months teaching ESL IN CLASSROOM is preferred. Previous teaching teens in summer camp is helpful but not required. Students ages 8-17, with average ages 14-17.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
