Responsibilities:
Conduct online English language classes on our virtual classroom platform.
Create and deliver classes that enable individual learners to achieve their language learning goals.
Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure their success.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages cultural exchange.
Collaborate with management to improve course content and teaching strategies.
Requirements:
Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to communicate with Managers in either English or Spanish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree or certificate in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Experience with online language teaching platforms and digital teaching tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
