Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

> Before class

> In class

- Have a functioning webcam; headphones and microphone with decent quality; appropriate lighting
- Operating system: Minimum MacOS 10.14 / Windows 10 Professional; 64-bit.
- Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM + CPU with at least 4 cores OR a clock speed of at least 1.8 GHz.
- Internet Speed: Ping 20Mbps; Download > 30Mbps.
2. Education & Training
- English Language Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) (at least 120 hours)
3. Skills, Abilities, Experience
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
- Candidates should have strong English language skills, including fluency in speaking and accurate pronunciation.
4. Other
It would be an advantage if the schedule could be fixed at least:
- Mon - Fri: 03 consecutive slots/day & at least 4 days/week
- Weekend: 03 slots/day (Sat or Sun) (Optional)
