Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Performance Responsibilities:
Ensures that each student achieves academic success, develops a lifelong love of learning and becomes a responsible citizen in a global community.
Displays a wide variety of developmentally appropriate teaching strategies that meet individual student needs and abilities:
Effectively meets the learning needs of late-entering students, ESL students, students with low academic ability and those who are gifted and talented;
Skillfully uses verbal and non-verbal communications;
Previews and communicates learning objectives to students in a clear, logical and sequential manner.
Displays evidence of superior preparation for classroom instruction:
Creates and utilizes appropriate materials for instructional purposes;
Assesses and adjusts the classroom environment to provide for a variety of learning styles;
Provides a variety of information which enriches the curriculum;
To display competence and confidence in using media and technology:
Effectively uses computer instruction for both self and students in order to integrate and enhance classroom lessons;
Plan and implement strategies that encourage student self-discipline, reinforce appropriate behavior, manage disruptive behavior constructively and allows for grouping of students in the most efficient way to support learning objectives:
Be skillful in keeping students on the learning task;

Working information:

- Working hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus occasional staff meetings and training.
- Hours of teaching: 25 hours/week (equivalent to 36 periods/week, scheduled periods are normally 40 minutes in length) excluding 3 periods/week participate in the after-school activities
- Position begin: July 2021
- Contract Term: 2021 - 2022
- Probation Period: 2 months from date of commencement
