Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Requirements:
You must have the following:
A Qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent):
The certification must be from a course that:
- is a minimum of a 120 hours (with at least 40 hours completed in class)
- has an observed teaching component of over 4 hours with real students
- has course tutor feedback
- is from a recognised provider that is externally assessed by an accredited organisation
A clean criminal background check
Benefits:
- Competitive base rate starting from 430,000 VND/hour gross
- 78 teaching hours/month, with a minimum pay of 60 hours/month
- Visa and Work Permit provided by ILA for (Full-Time), (Part-Time will be arranged by ILA)
- Completion bonus equivalent to 39 hours (1/2 month) pay at your current pay rate for Full-Time and Part-Time
-Re-signing bonus of 20 Million VND taxable
- 12 Million VND taxable paid Teacher Induction Training (on successful completion)
- 10 nights accommodation and airport pick-up for overseas hires
- Medical insurance for full-time, will arranged for part-time
- On-going professional development, training and support.
