Details: A new International School based in the ancient city of Hoi An, Vietnam, is looking for an Native English speaking Teachers to join their faculty in August 2020.
We are currently seeking a K-9 Art Teacher, a K-9 Phys’Ed Teacher and a Business / Enterprise Teacher.
This newly constructed International School opened in September 2018 and currently has a small student body, just under 100 students.
Teachers must have a minimum of 3-years, relevant aged, teaching experience, a university degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Education (or their countries equivalent teaching qualifications). Teachers must have completed their university degree and teacher training in Canada, the USA, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.

About the job:
- On duty hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Lessons are 50 minutes except for one period before lunch which is 40 minutes
- Teachers have approximately 22 hours contact time per week
- Each teacher is required to run an after school activity 2 of the 3 terms.
Holidays
- One week in October,
- 3 weeks at Christmas,
- 2 weeks in April
- One week for TET
- 6 weeks off for summer.

Once a week the schools hosts an all student sports morning and an environment morning. There is a daily ’Drop Everything and Read’ session that lasts 15 minutes. Conveniently located just a 30 minute drive from Danang City, Hoi An is a much quieter and peaceful place to live compared to the likes of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Hoi An offers a plethora of historical buildings to explore and discover as well as a multitude of Vietnamese and Western cuisines which will tempt everyone’s taste buds.
