Details: We are set to open a new British International school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2017.
*The school name and website will be launched in December/January.
In the opening year we will launch Kindergarten to Grade 4 but will gradually grow to A
Levels in the next 4-5 years. We will also offer a day care program.
We are seeking a Lead Teacher/Principal with extensive experience in the early years.
The position has no teaching load however we require a leader who is practical and
hands on in nature. This person will lead curriculum development and lead teachers in
these pioneering years of a school start up.
It is essential that the candidate has the initiative and the skills/abilities to lead in a start
up environment. They should have experience working with UK early years curriculum as
well as experience working with ESL students.
Global Services in Education (GSE) has extensive experience setting up and managing
international skills and the candidate will be supported by proven systems, mentoring and
coaching by experienced educational leaders.
The position will start immediately and the Lead Teacher/Principal will support the school
start up including marketing, resources and curriculum planning, prior to opening in
August 2017.
