Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

This course was well-designed in many ways: it involves different approaches, and has comprehensive information on most subjects. The freedom to explore it on one’s own is its greatest asset. There are one or two problems with the wording of the questions on the midterm exam, but overall I found it to be a very enlightening program. As a class teacher at an international school, I was delighted to realize how many of the ESL techniques and examples I have already put to use in my classroom!
