Windsor School is based in the centre of Putignano, a town of 30,000 inhabitants near Bari, in Apulia, one of the
most beautiful areas in the south east of Italy. The school was established in 2013 and it’s deeply rooted in the
town. We are proud to have many returners also coming from the neighbouring towns.
The bulk of our courses take place in our own modern and well-equipped school which has 3 classes of a
maximum of 7/8 students. Classes are on-site. There is the possibility of occasional off-site lessons. However, the
vast majority of the classes are delivered on-site.
Each teacher is given a good range of levels and ages (kids, teenagers and adults). We prepare students for
Cambridge University exams (Young Learners, KEY, Preliminary, First, Advanced and Proficiency) and Ielts exams.
Most of the students attend twice a week courses for one hour and a half lessons. Young Learners classes are once
a week classes. We have also individual lessons.
There is a nice working atmosphere at Windsor School; it is modern and has all the latest resources a teacher
needs to teach efficiently. Teachers get a big teaching support and they can easily improve their teaching skills. Our
director of Studies gives a big support to teachers.
